Poppy is obtained by drying flowers. In the history most enrolled variety is opium poppy, because of its intoxicating properties. Even today it is a component of many popular sedatives. However,  poppy has the particular nutritional values. It is a rich source of vitamins A, D and E. Contains also a lot of calcium. Poppy and specifically the mass of poppy can be used as a base for cakes, rolls and desserts. Of grains can be extracted also poppy oil, source of omega-3 and omega-6.

HULLED SESAME 99,90%

In ancient times called spice of the gods. It was planted in India, Greece and Central Asia. This is one of the first plants of which the oil was extracted (its seeds contain 50% of fat). Salvia hispanica is an originally came from Mexico and Guatemala plant with broad leaves and small, purple or white flowers.

Its fruits contain a large amount of oval seeds, known as chia seeds.

HEMP SEEDS

Hemp seeds (hemp flax) are called super-diet-ingredient because of the ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 and the content of 10 amino acids, which makes it an excellent source of protein. In addition, hemp seed is a wealth of vitamins and minerals. Hemp seeds, inter alia improve the blood lipid profile and therefore reduce the risk of atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction and stroke. Also improve the appearance of skin, hair and nails, regulate digestion influence improving on digestive system functioning.


Hemp seeds are available in the form of shelled and unshelled seeds and milled seeds. Unshelled seeds contain a much higher amount of dietary fiber and carbohydrates compared to the shelled, and shelled seeds are much more protein and fat compared to unhulled.
