The key change we made to our production of corn crisps was to replace palm oil with Golden Catholic Frytura. This conscious choice is dictated by the search for healthier and more sustainable solutions and has revolutionized our products.
We also noticed that Catholic’s GOLD FRYTURA eliminates the problem of unpleasant odor DURING PRODUCTION, which accompanied frying with palm oil, which contributed to improving working conditions and product quality without the need to use chemicals to neutralize odors.
GOLDEN FRITUDE Catholic, i.e. sunflower fat, has a lower saturated fat content than palm oil, which makes our crisps a healthier choice for consumers and additionally gives them a more crispy and aromatic texture, which significantly improved their health profile and taste.
This groundbreaking change not only reflects our commitment to creating higher quality products, but also highlights our concern for the environment and the well-being of future generations. The production of palm oil, which we are abandoning, is associated with deforestation and loss of natural habitats.
This decision, although it may have seemed small, initiated a wave of innovation in our production, inspiring us to further exploration and experimentation.
